My fee
My fee is $100 per 50 minute hour. I expect payment at each session. I do not bill insurance; however, there are some insurance companies who will reimburse for my services. I will be happy to provide you with a receipt for you to submit. It is important to note that insurance companies often require a diagnosis to be made. If you do not know what your mental health benefits are, you should contact your insurance company about their policy.
I am able to occasionally offer a sliding scale fee for ongoing clients. If you feel you cannot afford my full fee, we will work together to determine a reasonable fee. |
Confidentiality:
Your privacy is of the utmost importance to me. This means I do not share information about my clients with anyone.
Location and parking:
My office is at 811 NW 20TH Ave, Suite 301, between Johnson and Kearney. It is accessible by trolley and bus. Parking can be tight in this neighborhood so please leave a few extra minutes to find a space.
